આ મેળામાં ભૂત-પ્રેતને હાંકી કાઢવાનો દાવો કરવામાં આવે છે. એવું માનવામાં આવે છે કે જો તમે અહીં હાજર ગુરુ બાબાની સમાધિની આસપાસ ફરે છે, તો ભૂત તમારા શરીરથી ભાગી જાય છે.
આ સિવાય અહીંના બાબા લોકો પીડિતાના વાળ પકડીને સાવરણીથી મારવામાં આવે છે. આ સારવાર પછી, તેના શરીરનું ભૂત ભાગી જાય છે. આ ઉપરાંત, નિઃસંતાન દંપતીને સંતાનો આપવાનો, માનસિક રીતે બીમાર વ્યક્તિને ઇલાજ કરવાનો અને સર્પદંશથી પીડિત દર્દીને ઈલાજ કરવાનો દાવો પણ કરવામાં આવે છે.
કેટલાક લોકો તેને અંધશ્રદ્ધા કહે છે અને કેટલાકને તેમાં ઉંડો વિશ્વાસ છે. અહીં આવનારા લોકોનું કહેવું છે કે, લોકો તેને અંધશ્રદ્ધા કહે છે તેમ છતાં, અહીં આવતા લોકો રોગનો ઉપચાર કરીને જ પાછા જાય છે.
