યલો ગ્રબનો વધારે ઉપયોગ બેકરી પ્રોડક્ટમાં કરવામાં આવે છે. તેને બિસ્કિટ, પાસ્તા અથવા બ્રેડમાં મિક્સ કરવામાં આવે છે, જેથી તે ખૂબ નરમ બને છે અને તેનો સ્વાદ પણ ખૂબ વધી જાય છે. યૂરોપીય ખાદ્ય સુરક્ષા એજન્સી (EFSA)ના મુજબ, હવે લોકો યલો ગ્રબને સરતાથી ઉપયોગ કરી શકશે. ખૂદ સરકારે તેના બજારને પ્રોત્સાહન આપશે. સાથોસાથ તેણે જણાવ્યું કે ન ફક્ત યલો ગ્રબ પણ ઘણાં અન્ય પ્રકારના કીડા પણ જે લાભયાદી છે, તેનું વેચાણ વધી જશે.
