મધ્યપ્રદેશના એક નાના ગામથી આવે છે, 20 વર્ષીય પ્રફુલ્લ બી.કોમ માં સ્નાતક થયો છે અને ધંધો શરૂ કરવાના ઉદ્દેશ્ય સાથે અમદાવાદ પહોંચ્યો છે. ખરેખર પ્રફુલ્લ એમબીએ કરવા માંગતો હતો પણ એમબીએ સીટ મેળવી શક્યો નહીં, તેથી તેણે ચાની દુકાન ખોલી.
તમને જણાવી દઈએ કે પ્રફુલ્લે ચાની દુકાન 8 હજાર રૂપિયાથી શરૂ કરી હતી, પરંતુ આજે તેમનો 3 કરોડ રૂપિયાનો ધંધો છે. તેણે પોતાની દુકાનનું નામ એમબીએ ચાઇવાલા રાખ્યું છે. જોકે, પ્રફુલ્લ હવે રૂપિયા 3 કરોડનો ચાના વ્યવસાયને સંભાળી રહ્યો છે. પ્રફુલ નવી વસ્તુઓનો પ્રયોગ કરતો રહે છે. જો કે, ઘણી વખત તે રાજકીય રેલીઓમાં ચા વેચતા જોવા મળ્યો છે.
આવો જાણીએ પ્રફુલ્લના સંઘર્ષની આ પૂરી કહાણી
પ્રફુલ્લનો જોરદાર બિઝનેસ આઈડિયાને જોતા, તેમને એક વખત આઈઆઈએમ અમદાવાદ દ્વારા તેમના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સંબોધવા બોલાવવામાં આવ્યો હતો, જ્યાં તેણે ક્યારેક ભણવાનું સપનું જોયું હતુ. પ્રફુલ્લે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સંબોધન કરતા કહ્યું હતું કે જ્યારે હું બી.કોમ કરતો હતો ત્યારે મેં એમ્વે સેલ્સમેન તરીકે નોકરી શરૂ કરી હતી.
તેણે કહ્યું હતું કે જ્યારે મને આમાં કોઈ ભવિષ્ય દેખાતું નથી, ત્યારે મેં આ નોકરી છોડી દીધી હતી. આ પછી, જ્યારે કોઈ પરિચિત વ્યક્તિએ મને કેટ અને એમબીએ વિશે કહ્યું, ત્યારે હું તેના તરફ આકર્ષિત થયો. પ્રફુલ્લે આગળ વાત કરતાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે, તે ઈન્દોરમાં પેઇંગ ગેસ્ટમાં તરીકે રહેવા લાગ્યો અને કેટની પરીક્ષાની તૈયારી કરી.
પ્રફુલ્લએ કહ્યું કે મેં ઘણી મહેનત કરી પણ હું સફળ થઈ શક્યો નહીં અને મેં ફરીથી પરીક્ષા બેસવાનું મન બનાવ્યું. આની આગળ પ્રફુલ્લ કહે છે કે, નિષ્ફળ થવા છતાં મેં હિંમત ગુમાવી નહીં અને ફરી પરીક્ષા આપવાનો નિર્ણય કર્યો. મને 2017 માં 82 ટકા માર્કસ મળ્યા હતા પરંતુ આઈઆઈએમ અમદાવાદમાં બેઠક મેળવવા માટે તે પૂરતું નહોતું.
પ્રફુલ્લે કહ્યું કે, જ્યારે હું ધંધો શરૂ કરવાનો વિચાર કરતો હતો ત્યારે મને પરિવારનો ટેકો મળ્યો નહીં. છતાં, હું મારા પોતાના ધંધા માટે અમદાવાદ આવ્યો હતો.પછી એક દિવસ મેં મારા મિત્ર પાસેથી બાઇક ઉધાર લીધી અને શહેરની આજુબાજુ મુસાફરી શરૂ કરી, પછી કોઈક રીતે મને મેકડોનાલ્ડ્સમાં વાસણો સાફ કરવાની અને પ્લેટોમાં કાગળ મૂકવાની નોકરી મળી.
પ્રફુલ્લ કહે છે કે હું ત્યાં 10-12 કલાક કરે છે. અને પ્રતિ કલાક 32 રૂપિયાના હિસાબથી રોજના 300 રૂપિયા મળતા હતા. પરંતુ જ્યારે તેમે બિઝને, માઈન્ડથી કામ શરૂ કર્યુ છે. ત્યારથી તેને સારી કમાણ થવા લાગી છે.
પ્રફુલ્લાએ કહ્યું કે, જોકે હું મારા પિતા પાસેથી 10-12 લાખ રૂપિયાની રેસ્ટોરન્ટ ખોલવા માંગતો હતો, પરંતુ મને તે જોખમી લાગ્યું, મેં મારા પિતા પાસેથી આઠ હજાર રૂપિયા ઉધાર લીધાં અને મારી પોતાની એક ચાની સ્ટૉલ શરૂ કરી. પ્રફુલ્લાએ આ સ્ટોલ 25 જુલાઈ 2017 ના રોજ શરૂ કર્યો હતો. પહેલાં, તેઓ સાંજે 7 થી 10 સ્ટોલ ખોલતા હતા અને સવારે 9 થી 4 મેકડોનાલ્ડમાં કામ કરતો હતો.
શહેરમાં ચાના હજારો સ્ટોલ હોવા છતાં, પ્રફુલ્લની ચા સ્ટોલ અલગ થઈ છે. કારણ કે, તે માટીની વાસણમાં ટોસ્ટ અને ટીશ્યુ પેપરની સાથે લોકોને ચા પીરસે છે, જેની કિંમત 30 રૂપિયા છે. પ્રફુલ્લ કહે છે કે, તેણે પહેલા દિવસે 150 રૂપિયાનો ધંધો કર્યો અને બીજા દિવસે ચા 600 રૂપિયામાં વેચી હતી. માત્ર એક મહિનામાં જ પ્રફુલ્લ 10 હજાર રૂપિયાનો ધંધો કરવા લાગ્યો. તેથી હવે તે એક સફળ ઉદ્યોગપતિ બની ગયો છે.
